Ecommerce Executive
Join a dynamic Ecommerce & Marketing team as an Ecommerce Executive!
We are seeking a talented individual to support the Digital Marketing & E-commerce initiatives with a keen eye for detail and a strong commercial sense using Shopify.
As an integral part of our team, you will work on the back end of the Shopify websites and online stores, managing the product catalogue, monitoring site revenue and functionality, and collaborating with external agencies. This role also includes contributing to the ongoing development and optimization of our websites.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Senior E-Commerce Executive and Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the e-commerce site through Shopify.

Supporting the delivery of E-Commerce short and long-term projects.

Support on ad hoc projects that benefit both the E-Commerce and Marketing departments

Work alongside colleagues and external agencies to grow digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, paid search and display networks.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Conduct regular trade analysis, monitoring reporting to measure the success of e-commerce and digital marketing efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, marketing team and content creators, to execute digital marketing campaigns.

Work closely with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing team colleagues to ensure website is trading as it needs to, offering ideas and support in implementing improvements to the user journey
Candidate Profile / Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in e-commerce and marketing would be ideal using Shopify
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Excel
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for the digital retail world and a creative outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- A team player who can collaborate effectively within the team and across functions
