We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team, supporting the growth of multiple related businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, paid advertising, and content creation, along with a knack for data analysis and creative designs

Key Responsibilities:
•    Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
•    Develop high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand voice(s) and captivates target audiences.
•    Build a loyal following by responding to comments and messages, fostering a strong online community.
•    Assist in the execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
•    Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
•    Help create and distribute visually appealing email newsletters that resonate with subscribers.
•    Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to maintain consistency across all channels.

 

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
•    Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
•    Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
•    Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
•    Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
•    In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

 

Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
•    Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools.
