Are you ready to make an impact in the heart of our client’s team? We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Executive to drive integrated marketing efforts across both B2C and B2B channels.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Communications Executive, you will support 2 Marketing Managers to deliver integrated marketing communications. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will help shape the customer acquisition and retention strategies across a range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans across multiple channels to boost awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
• Craft compelling copy that embodies the company tone of voice—informative, witty, and supportive.
• Manage projects and events to support marketing objectives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Utilize CRM solutions such as Salesforce and HubSpot to create and track communications.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights, refine messaging, and align strategies.
Person Specification:
• CIM/professional qualification in marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing communications strategies, proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and familiar with campaign management tools.
• Strong written communication skills, adept at building successful relationships internally and externally, and capable of analyzing data to drive informed decisions.
