The Role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the business’s expansion, driving customer engagement, retention, and acquisition through data-driven campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a talented marketing team and shape the company’s future success.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing:
• Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo (or similar) to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted, impactful campaigns.
• Work closely with graphic designers to create visually appealing and effective email content.
Social Media Management:
• Design and implement a social media strategy to build brand awareness and grow engagement.
• Manage social platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), by creating engaging content and analyzing performance to improve results.
• Identify new ways to attract and retain social media followers, including running promotions and campaigns.
SEO & Website Optimization:
• Drive organic growth through strategic SEO efforts, including keyword research, technical audits, and content creation.
• Monitor and optimize website performance to improve user experience and search rankings.
• Analyze SEO performance and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Use tools such as GA4 to track campaign performance and understand customer behavior.
• Report on KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, and bounce rates, using insights to inform decisions.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and business growth.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a proactive and adaptable marketing professional with the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience in email marketing, including planning, execution, and analysis.
• Strong social media expertise, particularly with Meta platforms, including content creation and performance analysis.
• Hands-on SEO experience, including technical audits, keyword optimization, and knowledge of HTML.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of SEM and the full marketing funnel, with the ability to connect digital channels to customer behavior.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant marketing qualification is desirable but not essential.
