About the Role
As a Junior Paid Marketing Executive, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll use data and insights to drive performance, maximize ROI, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting in the management and optimization of PPC, paid social, and display campaigns.
• Conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to inform strategy.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align paid media with wider marketing efforts.
• Testing and refining ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and platform updates.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Some hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with exposure to paid media (PPC, paid social, or display).
✔️ Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
✔️ A keen interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.
✔️ Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads (preferred but not essential).
✔️ Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio).
✔️ Proactive and eager to learn, with excellent attention to detail.
