Are you a detail-oriented e-commerce professional with a passion for optimizing online product listings? We’re looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll ensure maximum product visibility across major online marketplaces and retail platforms.

The Role

As an integral part of our Marketing and IT team, you’ll focus on product listing optimization and technical integrations. You’ll use third-party rule-based software to automate product feeds, troubleshoot listing issues, and leverage data insights to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

•    Product Listing Optimization – Ensure full product coverage across marketplace channels, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency.
•    Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing content team to ensure all necessary product data, attributes, and imagery are in place for optimal listings.
•    Technical Integration & Troubleshooting – Manage listing integrations, resolve errors, and ensure seamless functionality.
•    Data Analysis – Evaluate sales performance, generate insights, and implement strategies for growth.
•    Amazon Advertising – Monitor and optimize Amazon ad campaigns for maximum return on investment.
•    Market Research – Conduct competitor analysis to keep listings competitive and aligned with industry trends.
•    Customer Service Liaison – Support order processing and troubleshooting when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

•    Technical aptitude and experience with e-commerce tools and IT systems.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
•    Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
•    Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms (preferred).
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•    High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Requirements

•    Education: A-Level or equivalent (required).
•    Experience: 2+ years in an e-commerce role (preferred).
